Our menu is like a love letter to local produce - think melt in the mouth lamb and beef from nearby farms, Welsh speciality charcuterie, creamy and tangy Welsh cheeses,  fresh fish and seafood - all prepared lovingly with inspiration from traditional Spanish dishes. And don’t worry, we’ve got the vegans and gluten-free peeps covered too with plenty of options and a kitchen more than happy to customise dishes to your needs!
