ADVANCE BOOKINGS
We only take bookings up to 30 days in advance (unless you are staying overnight with us) and require your card details to secure your booking. If you fail to turn up for your booking, or cancel less than 3 hours before your slot, we may charge a ‘late cancellation / no show fee’ of £15 per person We will send you a reminder the day before your booking with a link to cancel should you need to do so.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Olif is a small, intimate restaurant and the majority of our tables are for 2 people. Due to our layout, space and staffing constraints, we cannot accept bookings for more than 4 people. If you book more than one table to accommodate a larger group, we will not be able to seat you together.
CHILDREN
We are primarily an adults-only space but children under 14 are welcome in the restaurant until 7:30pm.
DOGS
We have a few tables where we can accommodate well-behaved dogs on a lead. If you are hoping to bring your dog, please let us know in the special requests section of your booking so we can make sure that we have space in one of our dog-friendly spaces.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our building was built in an elevated position (to avoid floods!) in Victorian times so we are limited in what we can do to make the building more accessible. Olif is accessed by 12 steps directly from the highway (no pavement). Our toilets are on the 1st floor (11 steps on the staircase). If you or anyone that will be coming with you has limited mobility, please get in touch so we can see how we can help.
ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We have a small kitchen and prepare the dishes ourselves. While we try to make every effort to ensure that there is no cross-contamination with allergens, we cannot guarantee this due to our working environment. We cater for guests who are gluten free, dairy free or vegan as standard in most of our dishes, but if you have an allergy / food intolerance, please let us know when booking. Our online menu is updated regularly, but if you have an allergy, please let us know on arrival so that we can help you to make your choices safely.
